Frequently Asked Questions
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your organization settings. Changes take effect immediately. If downgrading causes you to exceed a plan's limits, your existing data is preserved — you just won't be able to add new items beyond the limit.
What happens when I reach my limit?
You'll receive a notification when you're approaching your case or storage limit. Once reached, you won't be able to create new cases or upload new files until you upgrade or free up space. Your existing data is never deleted.
Can I buy additional storage?
Yes. Additional storage is available at ₹99 per 10 GB on Pro, Starter, and Pro (Team) plans. Enterprise plans include unlimited storage.
How many organizations can I create?
You can create up to 1 free organization and up to 5 paid organizations per account.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. All plans are billed monthly with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or downgrade at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
During beta, all plans are free. When paid plans launch, we will support UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
